Wire and Recycle Art 1

As mentioned last week, here are more details about the wire and recycle art displayed in Ullanlinna School. Ullanlinna School is the kindergarden where I work part-time.

Cool to see these! I have a small bowl made in Zimbabwe that was woven from colorful telephone wires in red, orange, gray, and white, is a swirly zigzag pattern that is very exciting. There is a wonderful artist here in Seattle, Ross Palmer Beecher, who works almost exclusively with found and recycled materials, and I love her work. I will look forward to seeing more of your display photos!
