Spare change, please...

In the past months, there have been a lot of reports on the increase of beggars in the Helsinki city region. Most of the beggars are refugees from Romania. The government is worried that the number will increase in summer when the weather gets warmer.
It is not illegal to beg here but the government is worried about the city's image. So they are trying to curb the problem by taking the children into custody. The authorities are hoping that this would force them to stop the act.
Well we'll have to wait and see...

This is a nice capture, we have a lot of problems with beggars in Pakistan.
