I think the people were riding busses. This was about 6pm and when we got to the center, there was a concert in Esplanadi park and there were a lot of people. When we left downtown the parks in the center and sidewalks were full of people.
Wow! If that's traffic on a Friday evening, I think I may move to Helsinki!
